The rules for using this website. Your stay and your management agreement are governed by their own contracts, not by this page.
Who we are
This site is operated by Stay With The Saades, Granite Bay, California. Reach us at [email protected] or 916-891-6144. “We” and “us” mean Stay With The Saades; “you” means anyone using this site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes the homes we manage, lets guests book them, and explains our co-hosting service to property owners. It is information and a booking front door. It is not an offer of investment, tax, legal or financial advice.
Bookings
Booking a home through this site creates an agreement between you and the property owner, on the rental terms shown at the time of booking — including the rates, fees, taxes, house rules, and the cancellation policy for that home. Those terms govern your stay. Where a home is booked through Airbnb or Vrbo instead, that platform’s terms also apply.
Rates and availability shown here can change until a booking is confirmed. If an obvious pricing or availability error appears, we may decline or cancel the booking and refund you in full.
Property management
Nothing on this site is a management contract. If you engage us to co-host or manage a property, a separate written agreement sets out the fees, the term, what we do and what you keep control of. That agreement governs, not this page and not anything on our marketing pages.
Results we publish
Our case studies and market pages describe what happened at specific properties over specific periods, with the owner’s permission. They are one owner’s results, not a promise, a projection, or a guarantee of what any other property will earn. Every property, market and year is different. Nothing here should be relied on as a forecast for your own property.
Email and text messages
If you give us your details through a form on this site, you agree we may contact you about what you asked for. Marketing emails and texts are sent only where you have separately opted in, and you can stop them at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a booking you have made.
Downloads
Case studies and guides we send you are for your own use. You are welcome to share them. Please do not republish them as your own, resell them, or alter the figures and present them as ours.
Our content
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or to the property owners we work with, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Our name and logo are ours.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site, submit false information through our forms, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Other people’s sites
We link to and embed services we do not control — Airbnb, Vrbo, our booking calendar, our scheduling and CRM tools, and mapping data. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the rights you have under the rental agreement for a stay you have booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Placer County, California have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
Privacy
What we collect and who else sees it is set out in our privacy policy.
