Question 1

Do you take over my listing?

Accepted Answer

No. Your listing stays in your name and the money lands in your account first. You see every dollar in and out.

Question 2

How many properties do you take on?

Accepted Answer

Two a month, and no more. The cap exists so the standard owners and guests receive survives the next house.

Question 3

Where do you manage properties?

Accepted Answer

North Lake Tahoe and Truckee, Sacramento, Auburn, Amador County, and Panama City Beach.

Question 4

Will you give me a revenue estimate on the first call?

Accepted Answer

No. The first call is about your goals, your property and whether we are right for each other. Revenue comes second, with real numbers from your address.

Question 5

Can I book directly instead of through Airbnb?

Accepted Answer
