Our family had to attend funeral services in 3 locations along Hwy 80. This West Sac home was perfectly centralized. We felt very welcome and comfortable in this beautiful home.
Patti & Michael quickly responded to my question regarding the refrigerator’s water dispenser. I didn’t know how to use it. : )
This home met all the criteria I use to choose an Airbnb: single story, open concept, modern kitchen and appliances, quiet neighborhood and easy parking. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. A rare case of pictures meet reality at a great price. Impeccably clean, with great amenities and quick communication. The backyard was the most dog friendly I've ever seen. Hopefully they add a grill in the future, but the kitchen was such a pleasure to use that its not a big deal at all. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay. Patti & Michael were very thoughtful in what they provided for the guests. Very family oriented. Games, books, and a PAC-Man arcade. (A big hit!) Fully stocked with kitchen gadgets including a waffle maker. Toys for the outside too! We definitely would stay again.

“One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.”
Patti and Michael’s place exceeded expectations. It is a stunning, warm home with everything you need. We traveled with 5 adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. A big kitchen island to gather around, comfy couch and great big tv. Lots of activities (kids books etc. and lawn games and a pac man machine game). Kitchen was perfectly stocked for big dinners, left over containers and cooking spices/ spray. It was very very clean, all the beds were comfortable. The master suite was amazing! We would love to stay again - thank you for having us.

Cancelation Policy
For reservations canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be refunded any cleaning and pet fees. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.
Pet Policy
We're excited to welcome your four-legged family members and provide a comfortable stay for both you and your pets. We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 65 pounds per stay. Please note that there is a pet fee of $20 per dog, per night, which may not be included in the initial price you see on your preferred booking channel. It's important to mention that the pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your furry friends. To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort.
