  their name, booking income lands in the owner's account first, and the owner sees every
  dollar in and out.

  second, from the owner's actual address.
- Intake is capped at two properties a month to protect the service standard, not because of
  team size.
- Guests can book any home directly without a platform service fee, except Corner Cottage,

Patti Saade is a practising nurse and sets up the homes. Michael Saade spent fifteen years in
marketing and events and handles listings, pricing and demand. They started by putting one of
