We had such an amazing time! It was a great location, lovely neighborhood in Granite Bay, near Folsom lake. All the creature comforts you could imagine plus added luxuries like a massage chair and an infrared sauna. The kids loved it, to the point where my 6 yr old was referring to this house as “home.”.. We had such a great time during our week stay. The house was very clean, very well stocked in the kitchen, and the backyard was a huge plus! We barbecued, made pizza in the pizza oven and cooked all our meals in the house! We happened to be there during a crazy heat wave, and the air conditioning was amazing! There are even misters in the backyard, although in the evening it cools off with all the mature trees. Communication was excellent and we have already decided this will be an annual tradition for our family! We rode our bikes around the neighborhood which is super cute, took our boat to the lake which is literally two minutes away and the house even provides a parking pass!! We felt very safe there and all the neighbors were very friendly. Can’t say enough great things about this place, probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at!!

Very spacious, comfortable, quiet spot for family gathering. This is situated within a very nice neighborhood so felt completely safe with children. Outdoor kitchen and amenities were terrific! Nice to have a garage to park off the street.

A lovely house in close proximity to Folsom Lake. It is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely backyard that would be perfect for enjoying the warm weather.
We would definitely stay with Patti again when we are in Sacramento.

Great home! Patti and Michael were great hosts as they simplified the process so we could enjoy the vacation home. Great communication throughout with prompt responses to any questions that came up. Highlights were the Sauna and massage chair during my stay as everyone sought time in them. The home was quiet, comfortable and open. Also this home had so many games for families it made it very easy to stay entertained!

This is by far the most pleasant airbnb experience we’ve had. The place is beautiful, well maintained and a dream vacation destination. The house has so many great amenities inside and a gorgeous backyard. The location is not only a short travel from the city, but also close to the state park and reasonably close to the mountains for ski day trips. But the one thing that truly stands out for us is the great hosts, who are super friendly, understanding and responsive. I would definitely come back again for future trips to the greater Sacramento area.
