We stayed for 2 weeks due to our house being worked on and we felt right at home. The kitchen had all the cookware needed for our meals. The house was very clean. Backyard was wonderful for our dog. Super convenient to have the EV charger for our car. Great location with Target and Safeway being so close. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were very responsive and fixed one minor issue we had right away. Would stay again if we needed to.

We’ve been staying at Airbnb’s and hotels in Sacramento regularly for the past two years, and this was our favorite. If you’re willing to get in the car and drive 10 to 15 minutes to Sacramento itself, you’re rewarded with a spacious spotless, modern home, plenty of space for the dogs, a really peaceful neighborhood where you can take a walk along the Sacramento river, and responsive and accommodating hosts.

Excellent home! Spacious, great furnishings, stocked kitchen, lovely decor. Bedding was hotel-quality clean and crisp. For families: there were night lights throughout the house, kids’ books and toys, frisbees, lots of little dishes and spoons, a toilet with a smaller potty ring built-in for little bodies, a step stool, and a playground right around the corner. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go in Sacramento. The hosts were super friendly and hospitable, making it an awesome stay all around.

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect house for our family while we visited. The location was near a fun playground our young children enjoyed. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, including some fun puzzles and books for the kids. We were in town visiting with family in the area and I now know where we will stay for the next visit. Patti was very responsive and helpful. Thanks Patti!

Patti & Michael are excellent hosts. They communicated everything well from the time of booking, check in, through check out. Their "Pilot's Lounge" was spotlessly clean, well decorated, and immaculate. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet allowing for a good night's sleep every night. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Whether this is a second home for your family or strictly an investment property that produces an income stream, homes need care and attention. Working with a professional will give you peace of mind that everything will be cared for and ready when you or your guest come visit.
It's easy because we use your existing listing. On Airbnb we will add ourselves as a cohost and both have access to the listing. On Vrbo we will temporarily replace you as the owner of the listing, but you will still have access.
Yes, most contracts have an end or cancel clause. We can look at that with you and strategize the best way to end your current contract with the least hassle and lost revenue.
Up to you! At a minimum, we will send you a monthly report. We are also happy to have a routine monthly call to review. We can copy you on all booking emails if you'd like (some people like to see it, others prefer just a monthly summary). Additionally, you will have access to the listings and can review bookings and communication at any time.
If you do not already have a team, we will advertise locally for cleaners and home maintenance professionals with experience in short-term rentals. We contact the applicants, conduct the interviews, and hire them on your behalf (you are welcome to be involved in this or leave it to us). We have systems and processes in place for managing these support teams to ensure high-quality work.
We use a channel manager called Hostfully to ensure bookings and messages sync between platforms. We use Wheelhouse for dynamic pricing and revenue management. We use Lynx Systems for access management and automated thermostat control (if you choose to automate your thermostat). Ring for monitoring the front door and any other exit points. We also use Stay-Fi and MarketMySTR for off-platform marketing.
This is up to you as the home owner. In the homes we own we allow pets and encourage property owners to allow them. Although it creates more risk, it is also an additional revenue stream for the property.
We will inventory and manage them for you, so this is not something you need to think about.
This is totally up to you, its your property!!
Unless this is something you do not want, we create and manage a direct booking site as part of our marketing service. This is a great way to maximize ROI on the guests we have already won over. It is also part of our off-platform marketing.
